We are looking for a seasoned funeral professional to join our management team and guide our funeral homes in four dynamic markets to even greater success.

A great candidate will have experience in funeral home operations, and enjoy coaching and motivating others. Reporting directly to our Chief Operations Officer, our Director of Operations will have broad responsibilities in setting and implementing strategy and financial goals and leading all associates to provide the highest quality services and products.

This position will lead the efforts of associates at our ten funeral homes in Cincinnati and Columbus, OH, Indianapolis, IN and Louisville, KY. Read the complete position description here.
