This individual will manage multiple new construction projects, remodels, facility enhancements and maintenance in support of our continuous development and improvement mindset.
A great candidate will have experience in construction management within a multi-location facilities system, preferably in institutional or commercial settings, and enjoy coaching and motivating others. Reporting directly to our President, our Director of Construction and Facilities will have broad responsibilities in project planning, budgeting, and managing project teams.

Our talented Facilities team works closely with each facility manager to ensure that routine maintenance is conducted and larger-scale enhancements and projects are executed on time and on budget.

Newcomer Funeral Service Group is a complete funeral care company, with funeral homes, crematories, cemeteries and a monument company operating in ten states. Our Facilities team is based out of our Home Office in Topeka, Kansas. Our owner, Ren Newcomer, a fourth-generation funeral director, along with a talented management team and hundreds of dedicated funeral care professionals and his children, Maggie and John are committed to the values of Excellence, Trust, Care and Growth in all areas of our profession.
